Why does OPERA WORKSHOP matter today?

Because Uruguay is a meeting point between regional talent and the world's most prestigious cultural institutions. It's an opportunity for international partnership.

Because Latin America has a new generation of artists with enormous international potential.

Because artistic cooperation generates opportunities that transcend music: it strengthens institutions, creates international networks, promotes cultural tourism, inspires new generations, and projects the country abroad.

Opera Workshop is an investment in the cultural future of the region.
